USS LST-1141 launched
80 years ago today, on 18 April 1945, USS LST-1141 was launched at Chicago Bridge and Iron Co., Seneca, IL.
She was transferred to Thailand on 12 March 1970 and renamed HTMS Lanta (LST-4)
Now a MuseumShip at Sai Thai, Mueang Krabi District, Thailand
